We recommend visiting our website to get an idea of the types of dogs we have in our care before applying for this role. Most of our dogs come to us as strays and their history is unknown, so many of them are still learning basic commands and manners.

About Birmingham Dogs Home

Birmingham Dogs Home has been at the forefront of animal welfare in the Midlands for over 130 years. We care 24 hours a day, every day of the year to provide compassionate care to homeless dogs and meaningful community support for local people and their pets, now and in the future. We operate from two sites; one in Solihull (known as our Birmingham Centre) and one in Wolverhampton.
