Summary

We have a fantastic social activity group run at the New Inn pub in Harborne, could you help out?

Detailed description

We have a fantastic social activity group run at the New Inn pub in Harborne running 10.30-12pm on the last Friday of every month.

This is a long established group, growing in numbers of older people attending and we're looking for more volunteers who may be able to help out at this group, whether that is thinking of new activities the group can enjoy, someone who can make a great cup of tea, or anyone with a chatty and warm nature. This role is called a "activity group lead" on our website.

We're also always on the look out for drivers who are available to pick up and drop off an older person who would otherwise not be able to attend and are at most risk of becoming isolated and lonely. This role is called "activity group driver" on our website.

Not local to Harborne? We will be adding all of our social activity groups we have already running or soon to be starting, but we're also always looking at new areas we can explore to run a social activity group.
